A RoSPA-accredited advanced driver has the knowledge and skill to drive safely and effectively in all conditions.

The RoSPA accreditation is monitored and approved by the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency in the UK. The test itself is conducted by a serving or retired advanced driver trained police officer.

All of our drivers have first aid training. We also have qualified paramedics in our drivers’ pool. In addition, many of our drivers have a law enforcement or Defence Forces background. All of our drivers are members of the National Chauffeur Drivers Association in Ireland.

Your driver will meet you at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport terminal. They will hold a sign board with your name on it.

We constantly monitor flight arrival times. So regardless of whether your flight arrives early or late, your driver will be waiting for you. If you do not appear after your flight has landed, they will wait for 45 minutes before making enquiries with customer service, the airline, customs or immigration. Only when they have exhausted all lines of enquiry will they leave the airport. If you are delayed in customs or the baggage area for more than 45 minutes after arrival, simply call your driver to ensure they wait for you. You’ll be sent your driver’s details when you book.

Depending on the length of your delay, there may be an additional charge.

We understand that travel arrangements can change, even when you are already in one of our cars. We are happy to accommodate any changes you need to make to your journey. These changes may incur an additional charge.

Payment can be made in advance of your transfer. We accept all credit cards.

Parking and tolls are not included. They will be added to your final invoice but are kept to a minimum, charged at cost.
