Your driver greets you at the exit from the customs hall inside the terminal, holding a sign with your name, assists with luggage, and escorts you to your vehicle.
We track arrivals in real time. Early or late, your driver adjusts and will be waiting. If you haven’t appeared 45 minutes after landing, your chauffeur makes enquiries with airline and airport staff before leaving. For customs or baggage delays beyond 45 minutes, call your driver (details are sent with your booking). Extended delays may incur a waiting charge.
